Return and Exchange Policy

- Returning or exchanging a product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all products offered in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges may be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or has a defect, or if it is not used as agreed.

- The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product received is completely different from the product presented on our website.

- We are not responsible for the customer's expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
